This is a popular scenic location for experiencing sunset over the canyon. Tim Stanley, Andy Crawford, and I set up our tripods long before the crowd gathered. We waited for almost two hours for the sun to completely set. We were facing east, hoping that the sky would light up in that direction. This dramatic scene was well worth the wait.
